Chapter One - Creeper(All is quiet in the Russow household. The little one has been asleep for a while, the husband has been off doing...whatever it is he does, and I...oh I’ve been getting very sidetracked and distracted by my latest addiction.)Audrey Russow: Aaaaaaand you die...and you die...aaaaaaand you die.
(I glance over, as I see Dan walking into the room.)Audrey Russow: Hey babe.
Daniel Russow: What...in the hell...are you doing?
Audrey Russow: What? Me? Just feeding my new addiction.
Daniel Russow: Which is?
Audrey Russow: Minecraft!
Daniel Russow: Oh...Audrey...no.
Audrey Russow: What?
Daniel Russow: Anything but that.
Audrey Russow: Would you rather me play Fortnite?
Daniel Russow: Fuck Fortnite!
Audrey Russow: Exactly.
(Dan walks over and sits down nest to me on the couch, as he starts to watch what I’m doing on my laptop.)Daniel Russow: What’s the point of that game anyway?
Audrey Russow: Hell if I know. I just like exploring and killing stuff. There’s something oddly satisfying about killing block animals and zombies and creepers.
(He looks at me with a raised eyebrow.)Daniel Russow: Creeper?
Audrey Russow: Oh yeah, those are pesky little things. They don’t really attack you or anything, but they come up to you and go boom.
(Of course that makes him chuckle.)Audrey Russow: Yeah, I mean it sounds threatening, but they’re really not all that dangerous. Pretty easy to kill.
Daniel Russow: You mean like that one?
Audrey Russow: Huh?
(I look back at the computer screen just in time to see a creeper explode right in front of me, killing my character because I was low on health.)Audrey Russow: Damn creeper…
(I turn to him.)Audrey Russow: You planned that!
Daniel Russow: Did not!
Audrey Russow: I was doing so good, too.
Daniel Russow: Shouldn’t you be training? You do have a match on Tuesday.
Audrey Russow: Yeah, but it’s...I mean I kinda hate to say this, but it’s just Dawn Warren. Try as she might, she’s not exactly what I would call a challenging opponent.
Daniel Russow: Well, that’s not a very Audrey thing to say.
Audrey Russow: Hey, that’s really as nice as I can put it. The girl has maybe what? A couple wins? She’s a nice girl and all, but...I’m probably going to be carrying this one.
Daniel Russow: Well, if that game should teach you anything, and something you should already know, anything can happen. She could surprise you.
(I smirk at him and shake my head.)Audrey Rusow: I see what you’re trying to do there. Alright, fine. You win. I’ll put this down and we can go train. Did you check on Aurora first?
Daniel Russow: Yeah, I just checked on her. She’s still asleep.
Audrey Russow: Really? Still? She’s been sleeping a lot lately.
Daniel Russow: Maybe she needs it? Not that...she...does anything though.
(We both just shrug and get up from the couch to head to the training room.)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chapter Two - Ring Ready(I’m in the home gym with Dan, the one we had installed when I was working to make my comeback into the ring. It really helped out to have somewhere private where I could run drills and run the ropes, take bumps and things like that to make sure I was back into ring shape. This time we were in there so Dan could help me train for my match on Tuesday against Dawn Warren. We finish stretching in the ring, as we get to our feet.)Daniel Russow: Alright, why don’t you start running the ropes?
Audrey Russow: okay.
(I start running back and forth, rebounding off the ropes.)Daniel Russow: Alright, so you really want to have your head on a swivel, and not get caught sleeping. You want to try to avoid being on your knees so she can’t lock on the Fox’s Awakening.
Audrey Russow: Aww, but you like it when I get on my knees.
Daniel Russow: Audrey…
Audrey Russow: Sorry…
(I forget...no joking while training.)Daniel Russow: Other than that, I ‘d say the important thing is to make sure you keep her in front of you. Don’t leather get behind you or get any kind of sneak attack in. It only takes three seconds for disaster to strike.
(I stop running the ropes and look at him.)Audrey Russow: This isn’t my first match, ya know? I’ve been here before. Hell, I’m one half of the tag team champions.
Daniel Russow: We still don’t take any match lightly. And do you think our opponents at the pay-per-view are sitting around cracking jokes?
Audrey Russow: I mean...maybe?
Daniel Russow: Even if they are, they are totally focused on taking OUR titles at Dishonored. We are going to have to be at our absolute best if we want to walk out of Chicago with the titles. This match will be good for you just to keep the juices flowing and keep you in ring shape. We don’t get booked super often, so we need to take advantage of every opportunity we can get.
Audrey Russow: They know we’ve been busy with Aurora. I mean I was the one that asked them for a bit of an easier schedule while we get everything situated with us both being on the road.
Daniel Russow: Audrey...she’s like a year and a half old now...I think it’s been enough time. We really should be looking to be booked more.
Audrey Russow: You’re probably right, but I can’t say I’m not enjoying just going to the shows and having fun, not having to worry about who I’m facing each week, or about getting hurt or something like that.
Daniel Russow: That’s part of wrestling.
(II take a couple of steps towards him, standing right in front of him.)Audrey Russow: Look, I understand that at times it looks like I don’t take this seriously enough, but you know when the time comes, I’m all business. I will be focused at Dishonored on retaining our titles, and I will be focused on Tuesday in my match against Dawn. I’ve studied the matches she’s had in PWS: APEX, I know what to watch out for. I’m just having a little fun before I go into “kill a mofo” mode, as you like to call it.
(He nods and gives a smirk.)Daniel Russow: And when will you go into that mode?
Audrey Russow: Honestly? Probably when I put on the facemask before I go out. I don’t know what it is about wearing that thing but it just makes me feel badass.
Daniel Russow: You are badass, without the facemask.
Audrey Russow: Yeah, but even you can’t say that if I’m giving someone my look while wearing that thing it doesn’t look evil.
Daniel Russow: I mean...you’re not wrong.
Audrey Russow: Exactly, now...can we go through some moves and things I should expect.
Daniel Russow: Now that I know you’re in the right mindset, sure.

Chapter Three - Final Thoughts(I was sitting alone in the hotel room in Pittsburgh, as Dan was away taking care of some things. I pace around the bedroom before taking the chair and pulling it out, setting the camera on the table, and turning it on. I take a seat in the char, with my hands folded and my head down. I think for a moment, before raising my head to look at the camera.)Audrey Russow: Ya know, I know Dan and I have a fight ahead of us at Dishonored, but before I get there, I have a meeting with a Warren on Riot. Dawn, I do respect you, but I don’t think you have what it takes to beat me, if I’m being completely honest. I’ve watched your matches, I’ve seen what you’re made of...I mean, I WANT you to show me something I haven’t seen in you. I want you to come out there with the intent of shocking me and everyone else. I want you to be able to say you went toe-to-toe with me. I want you to do all those things, but I just don’t see it happening. I think you COULD be great, maybe you just get in your own way sometimes. I don’t know what it is, but there’s something that’s preventing you from reaching that next level.
(I start wringing my hands together.)Audrey Russow: You haven’t had a match in what seems like forever, and I know how that feels. I know how it feels to just want to get out there and do your thing. I know how it feels to be sitting on the sidelines when all you wanna do is get in the ring and kick some people’s heads in. I know because I’ve been there. I’ve been there before. Difference is...when I came back...I actually did kick some people’s heads in...well...figuratively speaking. Heather Haze and Alexis Makarios still have their heads on their shoulders.
(I stop myself.)Audrey Russow: My point is, what are you going to do with this opportunity? You’re coming back to face one half of the tag-team champions. Really, this is a golden opportunity for you to shine bright and show the company and everyone what you’re capable of.
(I look down and nod my head a little.)Audrey Russow: The problem...is you’re coming back to face me. You’re coming back, to step back in the ring with someone who has been on this run lately that...I’ll say it, I’ve been on fire so to speak. You’re coming back to get in the ring with a woman who is not only fighting for herself, but fighting to put food on the table for her daughter. My husband and I both are. So, if you think you’re going to come back and it’s going to be this grand return and all this pomp and circumstance, and you’re going to get this big comeback win...let me tell you….
(I raise my head up and look at the camera.)Audrey Russow: ...you’re wrong. See ya out there.
(I turn the camera off and get it ready to send to the production team so they can put it on the website.)
