Carmen and Max had been visiting his mother and sister at his mother's home. She had just convinced them to take his little sister with them the show. Max had agreed and later that evening he and Carmen talked about her upcoming match.

"So you next show.. you have little Landerson.. we both know that's not going to be a challenge."

"Aaliyah Landerson.. come on. She couldn't beat me on her best day.. she doesn't have what it takes to compete with ANY of us. Least of all me.. she cant do what I can."

She leans against his shoulder as they stand in the backyard, looking up at the stars.

"I know you can finish her title dreams."

"She's not getting past me.. not now, not ever."

Carmen smiles at him and nods.

Carmen send a video message out into the void, hoping that her little opponent would see the social media post.

"Aaliyah Landerson is a little girl playing in the big time. She believes that she has what it takes to dethrone me.  Sure, last Riot, didn't work out too well for Max and I.. a split second more and we would have won.  But that's behind us.. Max and I are just fine and this week.. I get little Landerson.."

She rolled her eyes.

Look sweetheart.. I don't care who you are.. who you are fucking.. or what you think you can do.  You can't hold a candle to me in that ring and we both know it.  If that was the case.. you would have gotten a win over me by now.. right?  Let's see... when was the last time you actually won something?  when was the last time you actually went over?  Other than someone just.. not showing up.. then you might actually win by default.  Darling.. you are what we with talent like to call.. a jobber.. a nobody.."

Carmen shrugged her shoulders.

"Sweetie.. do us both a big favor and just.. lay down.  Just come out there and lay down on the mat like a good little bitch, let me pin you.. then you can go backstage.. have your little friend Grace tend to your wounds.. and then I can move forward and show you how a REAL champion works.."

She looked over at Max and smirked, before speaking once more, knowing this was it for the night.

"Aaliyah Landerson.. stepping into the ring with me, isn't going to be an easy night for you darling.  I can promise you that. When this match is over, you will ask yourself a couple of questions.. Why.. did I think for a moment that I could beat her?  And is this the right spot for me?  But I'll give you one simple answer for those questions.. No.  It's not.  Do the smart thing and book it before you wind up lost in the shuffle with the rest of the losers.. like that Antithesis group.. god.. what a group of morons..  Focus on being young and alive.. I know I am.. but you see the difference between us is simple.. I have talent.. and you.. simply dont."

With that she waves at the camera and Max turns off the recording posting it to social media.
